Appointments
Appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred date and time. Walk-ins may be accepted based on availability.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice is provided within the required timeframe.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the loss of your deposit or future booking restrictions.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment or have their service modified based on available time.
Hair Preparation
Unless otherwise instructed, clients should arrive with clean, detangled hair before their appointment. Additional charges may apply for washing, detangling, or extra preparation services.
Pricing
Service prices vary depending on hairstyle, length, size, hair type, and additional requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed during consultation or at the appointment.
Satisfaction Policy
We strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you have concerns regarding your hairstyle, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address the issue appropriately.
Personal Belongings
MK African Hair Braiding Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to the salon.
Health & Safety
Clients are encouraged to inform us of any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the service. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may compromise the safety of the client or stylist.
Right to Refuse Service
MK African Hair Braiding Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
